The guesthouse is housed in 2 disunite buildings encircled by a broad garden with a pool and tanning studio.

All the apartments are equiped with satellite television and air conditioning, and all of them have a comfortable balcony. The 275 apartments are all mini-apartments, and several of them are also equiped with a little kitchen. All the apartments situated in the major building were fully restored in 2007. The 2nd block is slightly older, but the apartments are in gorgeous condition.
