The B & B has family management and has just been restructured offering one of the best comforts to our guests. All of our rooms are superbly equipped and are furnished with a bathroom, TV colour, ceiling fan and a safe with an electronic code directly chosen by the customer. The B & B proposes tours and excursions for visitors who wish to visit the historical memorials of Rome or other Italian towns.

All of our rooms are with conditioned air, safe electronic television and with the a privately-owned bathroom.

Our B&B is located to the historical heart in Rome next to the most indispensable memorials in the town: Colosseum, Roman Forum, Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi (fountain), Via Veneto, Vatican City, Teatro dell'Opera (operahouse) and ensuite to the main station Roma Termini.

From the Central Station in Rome Termini: Take the right side exit at the station, towards Via Marsala. Continue along the Via Marsala. Take a left at the 1st blend, which is the Via Milazzo. You'll find the Viennese Due B&B on number three. From the Airport Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino): Take a train from the airport to the main station Rome Termini. The trains depart at regular intervals of 30 mins. The distance from the airport to the station is of around 30km. Once you have reached the main station follow the description above. From the Airport Ciampino: Exit the airport and take a bus in the direction "station Tiburtina", once you receive there, take either the subway (line B direction Termini) or a bus in the direction Termini ( Piazza dei Cinquecento).
