Built in an art deco fashion, the palace-like building was restored in the year 2000 and consists of 24 apartments over three floors. The structure, which is equipped with relic furniture, consists of a foyer with a twenty-four hour reception and lifts, in addition to a dining room and a brasserie for drinks and lunches. For all arrivals as from first January 2011 a disunite town tax will be charged to the client upon arrival of three, 00 EUR for a person per night. This town tax is not included in the rate of the suite and will be a supplemental governmental charge.
