Cancellation policy
Whether you have reserved three nights or less, you are able to cancel a reservation up to 48 hours before from the date of arrival. Whether your reservation is over three nights then the cancellation must get to us seven days in good time of the date of arrival. After this period you'll be charged for the 1st nights staying per suite. For Group Reservations (more then one apartment reserved) The TOTAL COST of the full reservation will be charged whether cancellation is not made seven days in good time from the date of arrival. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
