The farm-house, a XIV former cloister, develops all around a Sicilian court-yard on which 26 cozy apartments and a breakfast room appear, as a site of magical union between the distinctive fragrances and flavours of the perfumes of the Island cuisine made of biological products, catered with Nero d' Avola wine.

Gigliotto farm-house is a family firm founded in 1990 lead by Elio Savoca. He features restructured the existing buildings, improved the territory and planted Nero d'Avola grapes respecting a rigorous programme of low environmental impact. He features invested in order to enlarge the surface of high-quality grape land to build the recent winery.

In the Sala Grande breakfast room that able to seat up to 150 persons, you are able to example conventional Sicilian cuisine ready with organic olive oil grown and made in its own frantoio and the dining experience is supplemented by organic wine made from black Avola grapes in the vineyard and traditionally harvested by hand.
