The 33 apartments, all with panoramic vistas of the city, are furnished with a bath or shower, air-conditioning, TV, safe and minibar. The wealthy snack bar breakfast is included in the price.

Restaurant opening hours: Breakfast: 07.00-10.00. Lunch: 12.30-14.00. Dinner: 19.30-21.00. On sunday evening, the Fontanelle restaurant is closed.
Travel information
By Car (from the E45): - Take the Madonna Alta exit, towards Via Settevalli-Pila, - Continue direct on at the 1st roundabout (second junction) into Via Berlinguer, - Take the second combination at the second roundabout towards Via Settevalli. - At the following roundabout after the first blend, turn right into Via Fiesole. - After 100 metres, turn left and continue direct on for 100 meters till you get to the Resindeza Fontanelle.
Cancellation policy
At least seven days before date of arrival. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show the hotel will charge the 1st night as penalty. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Child policy
Kids aged 0 to three years may staying for independent, paying only for their meals. Kids aged 4–7 years will get a discount of 30%. Kids aged 8–12 years will get a discount of 20%. Kids sleeping in the same bed as their parents may staying free.
