For conventional farming communities, Su Barchile was the name of a stone tub used for salting cheese. It was the restoration and refurbishment of one of Orosei's 7 barchiles that sets the stage for our hotel and restaurant owned and run by the Chessa family. Maria, Antonella and Giuseppe are the center and soul of Su Barchile, the crowning achievement of Maria's talent and sensibility in cooking and her husband Pietro's renowned passion for the considerable blue yonder. Transportation
