The Villa is in an enviable situation in the center of the Tuscany village on the Strade del Vino Nobile or wine highways connecting such great cities as Pienza and Montepulciano with Cortona and Castiglione del Lago. In few kilometres you'll also can see Siena, Arezzo and Perugia. From the upper of a hill, the spectacular podere or farmhouse dominates a Chianti vineyard Valley at whose end towers and bell towers of the Politian city rise like lighthouses. The Farmhouse is encircled by plantations of grapevines and plantings allowing our visitor to enjoy, in solitude, the peacefulness of the region. The farmhouse features been reconstructed according to convention but without abandoning the concept of comfort.
