General Information

Our BedandBreakfast is situated in the centre of old-fashioned Lucca, just a short amble from the Railway Station. Le Violette, as it's called, is located on the ground floor of a cute historic building where you are able to taste the magic ambiance lost over time. Our Bed and Breakfast is furnished with ample rooms equipped in a classical style supplemented by all up-to-date amenities. The friendly ambience and kindness of the proprietors will produce you feel at home. Our plentiful breakfasts will enhance your visit.

Transportation

Le Violette Bed and Breakfast is a five minute stroll from Lucca's railway station and about 15 mins from the bus station with buses running to the primary cities in Tuscany. The closest airport is Pisa's Galileo Galilei followed by Amerigo Vespucci in Florence. To reach Lucca by auto, take one of the routes below based on where you're coming from: bullet From the Firenze Mare motorway: exit at Lucca, turn left after the tollbooth and follow the signs for the midst (centro). Once interior the walls follow the signs for Corso Garibaldi where you can find a lot of car parking beyond our building. bullet From the Viareggio-Lucca A11 motorway: exit at Lucca, after the tollbooth follow the signs for the center; go over the overpass and turn right at viale Luporini continue on for about 1. five Km till you get to Piazzale Italia, turn left and drive along the highway the circles the walls of Lucca with the walls on your right. Once interior the walls follow the signs for Corso Garibaldi where you can find many car parking beyond our building.
