The bungalow is situated in San Giustino Valdarno, on the Tuscan mountains and encircled by green. It's 15km from Arezzo.

This is a comprehensive bungalow, belonging a reconstructed 'borgo', dating from the 1700s.

The accomodations are divided in 9 rooms and three double suites. On the 1st and 2nd floors, there are three rooms every floor, whilst on the third floor there are three double suites. Neighboring to the major bungalow, there is another building with other two rooms. Every room is equipped in the characteristic Tuscan fashion and includes an immense living room with sofa bed, kitchen corner, double apartment and bathroom. The double apartments are embellished in a greatly wonderful fashion, well tasteful and luxurious.

The dining room respects the good-natured fashion of the inn.

The foyer is medium in size and catered in a easy and sober fashion.
