General Information
The Hotel La Vedetta, on the mountains that embrace Livorno, directly overlooks one of the plurality suggestive scenery of the Etruscan Cost. The bungalow built at the end of XVIII century and was inhabited by Baron Herman De Schubart, who was the Danish King's Minister. He called the bungalow "La Vedetta" (that means look-out tower) for the idyllic scenery one able to admire from its verandah.

Location Information
By auto arriving from North: by highway exit tollboot of Livorno. From there take the "Superstrada" (SS1) direction Grosseto, till you come at the exit of "Montenero". At the crossing of the exit turn left towards "Montenero Alto" and follow the instructions for the "Santuario" on the hill. Once in the "Piazza del Santuario", you'll find signs for the inn, which is only a 100 metres away.
By train: Livorno station-bus N° two and "funicolare"-Arrived in the plaza, take Via della Lecceta.
