Train: Station of Florence, Santa Maria Novella (SMN): Take bus Number 13 (near the pharmacy), exit in Via Masaccio, cross the highway and take Via Nardi till you arrive at Via Mannelli, number 135 is situated on the right-hand side. (The bus journey is about 15 mins or 3/4of an hour walking). It's possible to take a taxi; there is a cab stand outside the station, the ride costs between seven to 15 Euros. Station Campo Marte: Outside the station you'll find Via Mannelli, staying on the right-hand side and stroll about 50 m till you arrive at number 135, the Villino Magnolia. Airplane: Take bus number 62 to the central train station Santa Maria Novella (SMN) and then change to bus number 13, refer to the section “Train” for further instruction. There is an airport shuttle bus that takes you directly to the main station SMN. The duration is approx. 30 mins and costs four Euros. Refer to the section “Train” for further instruction. Taxis can cost between 18 and 25 Euro.

Cancellations must be made at least 15 days before the date of arrival. Cancellations made 15-7 days before the date of arrival will be charged 20% of the entire amount of staying. Cancellations made 7-3 days before the date of arrival will be charged 50% of the entire amount of staying. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the entire amount of staying. It's possible produce an amendment to your reservation no later than seven days before the the arrival day without cost. For changes to produce your staying shorter, a regular cancellation penalty will apply. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
