The commodious and clean suites face the park and are furnished with all up-to-date service, including a privately-owned bathroom. Some apartments are furnished for disabled clients.

The hotel is placed at the foot of the Lungarni, the Theatre of the Pergola and to the more exclusive streets of the town. The Ponte Vecchio is about 20 mins stroll from the hotel. Other surrounding districts of artistic interest comprise: the Santa Croce church, the Cathedral, the Academy Gallery, Piazza della Signoria with Palazzo Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery.

By Train: From Santa Maria Novella station, take bus number 31 or 32 to Piazza Massimo D'Azeglio (5 minutes) and then continue on foot for one minute. Alternatively, take a train to Campo di Marte Station (frequency 15-20 mins, three minutes’ ride) and stroll for three mins towards the major boulevards; pass the traffic light and go direct for 100 meters.

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the date of arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show the hotel will charge the 1st night as a penalty. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids aged 0-7 years may staying free when sharing a bed with their parents. Kids aged seven years and above will be charged as groun-ups and should sleep in a triple suite with their parents.
