Cancellations must be made at least five days before the date of arrival. In the case of no-show or late cancellations the hotel will charge 50% of the amount of the staying. In the case of bookings for one or 2 nights, the hotel will charge the 1st night. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
