You can get the hotel by cab or on foot, in a 15 minutes' stroll: take the right exit of the station and turn right onto by means of Luigi Alamanni. Stroll along the station to the end of the boulevard, cross by means of Fratelli Rosselli and take by means of Guido Monaco. By airplane The Florence Amerigo Vespucci airport is about 8 kms away. You can get the hotel by cab or by the Airport Shuttle bus which connects the airport with Santa Maria Novella rail station. From the station follow the above-said instructions.

Cancellation is possible 72 hours before the date of arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the hotel will charge the 1st night as penalty. In the case of early departure, the hotel will charge 50% of the entire staying. For the following periods: January 9th -13th (Pitti Fair); June 19th - 24th (Pitti Fair) - 20 days before the date of arrival to avoid a charge. In case of late cancellation, no-show or early departure the hotel will charge the total amount of the staying. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
