Gemini Studios Are situated in Viale Fratelli Rosselli 55, one's major Florence street's, comfortably to get to by auto, by short distance from major railway station of Santa Maria Novella, by cab or by bus, our Studios are one of the best deal and solution for self-sufficient visit, perfect choice for work or recreation traveller.

We offered 13 various sized Studios, three Two apartments Apartments and two dainty Suites with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and all up-to-date comforts; all situated one block away from our sister hotel Hotel Alamanni, interior of little up-to-date building are situated at the major floor or at the ground floor without elevator, our Studios able to accommodate from 1 up to 6 people and we rent ONLY for weekends or short work break.

Check-in and check-out MUST be done it at the reception desk of the Hotel Alamanni (via luigi alamanni 35 (black)) second floor, check-in is possible each day 0/24h.
At the time of check-in is requested a trustworthy passport and credit card to safe any incidental occours while you are staying, after check-in is not allowed refund for early departure.

If you need car park, please advise along with your studio's booking and we will do our ultimate to keep self-sufficient space in the garage below of the inn, for this facilities is demand supplementary fee from 20, 00 up to 30, 00 EUR per night (depending of period of the year and auto size), availability is granteed ONLY whether you post your parking demand with your booking.
