The suites of the hotel are entirely equipped with shower, air-conditioning, minibar, hair-dryer, satellite T.V., direct-line phone with Internet access and verandah. In the junior rooms you'll have the use of either a double shower or bath with hydro-massage and chromo therapy.

In the morning a wealthy snack bar breakfast waits for you. The restaurant is everytime open to visitors, although during the winter period a prior booking is significant. Snack, dinner and drinks can also be catered outside in the hanging park.

By auto: Motorway "A4" Venezia-Trieste, exit " S. Stino di Livenza". Caorle is about 20 kms from the motorway exit. The hotel is situated in the ancient town heart opposite the conventional fishing port. By bus: Via ATVO busses straight to Caorle or by changing in either "Mestre-Venezia", "San Donà di Piave", or "Portogruaro" depending on where you're arriving from. By train: On the "Venezia-Trieste" line (Trenitalia) both station "San Donà di PIave" and "Portogruaro" have "ATVO" bus connections straight to Caorle. By Plane: "ATVO" busses straight to Caorle run from Venice "Marco Polo" airport.

The rate consists of our wealthy snack bar breakfast. Rates for half board and full board upon demand. Little pets (only upon request): five Euro per day. Turkish bath: ten Euro for a person. Bicycles: for self-sufficient. Self-sufficient open parking next to Hotel. Covered parking ( 500 mtrs from Hotel) for which fee is required.

Whether the reservation is cancelled less than 8 days prior to arrival, the entire rate of the 1st three booked nights will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Reductions for kids are granted upon demand. Baby cot: 15 Euro per day. Baby cot including little meals: 20 Euro per day.
