The Masseria is situated on a minor highway off the great SS16 highway to San Vito dei Normanni. As you leave the airport head the direction of Brindisi. Get to a T mix and turn right towards San Vito. Do not head towards Mesagne or Taranto. Drive along the SS16 for approximately ten kilometres restful you get to the 2nd little sign on your left towards the station (stazione San Vito) and Mesagne, exactly when the overpass is finishing. Turn left, then immediately right towards Mesagne. This is the S.P. 44. Drive for approximately four kilometers and you will fina the Masseria on your left. The carpark is interior on your left.
