The Gourmet Restaurant, run by a widely-known young Italian cook, can accommodate up to 50 visitors, and serves a tasty selection of conventional Italian cuisine, updated and ready with the latest techniques. A necessary wine list accompanies the food menu. Next to the restaurant is the Wine brasserie, housed in apartments with vaulted ceilings that date back to the Villa’s 16th century foundations. Here, it's possible to enjoy intriguing combinations of delightful food and wines, take seminars, or participate in tasting sessions guided by the ultimate Italian vintners.
