Whether you're driving then the hotel's auto garden is situated at Harvey's Quay which is directly below the hotel. Parking is independent, but limited and is accessible on a 1st come, 1st catered basis. Directions from Dublin: - Take the N7 and when you enter the downtown drive direct on O'Connell Street. - Take a right on to Shannon Street and turn right again when you see the River Shannon. - Just before the underpass you access the auto garden through the last gate (sign posted) by using the intercom. Directions from Shannon: - Follow the Cork/Kerry signs into Limerick. - When you cross over the River Shannon keep left at the roundabout and follow the highway till you see the underpass; just before it you are able to access the auto garden through the last gate by using the intercom.

Reservations must be cancelled one day beforehand of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, an amount equivalent to one night average cost of lodging will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids older than 12 year are considered adult for suite occupancy. Kids no older than five year can staying for self-sufficient.
