Travel information
By Car: - From Dublin, hiking out of the town, follow signs for the West. - This will lead to the N4 to Kinnegad. - From there, follow the signs for Galway and take the N6. - This leads direct to Galway. - Before Galway town, you'll approach a series of roundabouts: - N6 fusion with N18: At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit. - N6 blend with N18 (North): At the roundabout, proceed forward. - N6 mix with N6 (East)/N6 (West): At the roundabout, take the second exit. - N6 combination with R339: At the roundabout, take the second exit. - N6 fusion for Galway City East: At the roundabout, proceed forward. - R336 combination with N17: At the roundabout, take the first exit for R336 (signposted City Centre). - R336 combination with N6 (East): At the roundabout, take the second exit. - Travelling by means of the R336, you'll arrive at Eyre Square. The hotel is on the left-hand side of the piazza. - From Shannon, leaving Shannon Airport, Galway will be clearly signposted. Take the N18 to Galway. By Train: There is a train facilities from Galway to Dublin with connections from other major cities and towns in the state. Trains leave from Heuston Station in Dublin for Galway. The train station is to the rear of the Great Southern Hotel and there is no need for transfers. Self-sufficient parking zone is available.

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before arrival are free. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival or no-shows, the entire amount of the booking will be charged to the credit card provided. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Child policy
Kids staying for independent unless older than two years. Kids between two and 12 years are charged at a rate of EUR 30 per night when sharing with paying groun-ups. Kids must pay full lodging rate whether older than 12 years.
