Transportation

Directions for driving from the airportUpon leaving the airport, the signs are well marked for the City Centre, in Irish An Lar. The freeway shortly becomes a town boulevard. Eventually, after a few name changes, the longest length being Drumcondra Road, the Airport Road becomes Dorset Street. Turn left onto Gardner Street at the Auld Triangle Pub. Come around the Custom House with its blue-green dome and cross the Liffey River on Talbot Memorial Bridge. Immediately after the bridge, turn right along the river on George's Quay Street. This becomes Burgh Quay and at O'Connell Street Bridge (The Harp Bar) turn left onto D'Olier Street. Visit left. At the facade of Trinity College turn left for Nassau Street. Take 2nd right turn up Kildare Street. At upper by St. Stephen's Green turn left onto Merrion row. On Merrion Row take the 1st right turn for Pembroke highway. At upper of Pembroke turn right onto leeson Street. Drive back towards St. Stephen's Green and turn left for Earlsfort verandah. At the upper of Earlsfort at T-junction turn right and we are the fifth cottage on the right. Directions for Blue aircoach bus from Dublin Airport to Kilronan HouseTake the blue air coach outside arrival districts at airport. Ask to be dropped off at the leeson street. Canal. Stroll across the canal and take the 1st turn to your left. This is Adelaide Rd. After approximately a 10 minutes stroll (from the bus stop) Kilronan House is on your right hand side just several doors down after you have crossed over Earlsfort Terrace. No 70 you'll see sign above the door. Directions for Public bus from Dublin Airport to Kilronan HouseTake No 16A social bus from outside arrival region at airport. Ask to be dropped off at the 1st stop on south circular RD. Stroll back down Adelaide Rd., over Camden St and over Harcourt St. (cross over tram lines at Harcourt St). Once you have crossed over Harcourt St. Kilronan House is approximately five mins stroll and is on your left hand side. No 70 - you'll see sign above door.
