Dublin's Central Hotel is aptly named (as Central as you are able to get)! Established in 1887, planned by Richard Millar and William Symens of Kildare Street and built by Ross and Walpole. The whole guesthouse is made from reinforced cast iron which was a super structure with an outer skin and indoor skin, which was specific in its day. Situated in the center of Dublin, the guesthouse features completed its apartment renovation in early 2008. Has comprise 70 suites adjacent, straight dial phone, flat screen colour TV with ten channels in all apartments, wifi in all public zone and most bedrooms. Our Refurbishment features seen the introduction of duvets, new bathrooms and contemporary soft furniture and accessories throughout. The hotel's restaurant, bars and privately-owned dining amenities produce this a beautiful peaceful location for the corporate traveller. Safe parking at reduced nightly rates is obtainable locally. The guesthouse is located one block from Trinity College, the Book of Kells, Temple Bar, Grafton Street and Dublin Castle. We are also within short distance of Saint Patricks Cathederal, ChristChurch, Grafton Street, home of the notable Bewley's Cafe, and Saint Stephens Green. Not too far away is The Guinness Hop Store and on the far side of the Liffey is The Jameson Distillery. We now operate a strict Non Smoking Policy in the whole hotel.
