Kinsale Road Roundabout (Travelodge). Take the 3rd Exit and follow the signs for the City Centre. Keep driving direct, through two sets of traffic lights. At the 2nd set go into the left hand slip lane, follow the slip lane and once onto the recent highway staying in the right hand lane. Go direct through on the traffic lights and towards the river take a left once you get to this t Junction. At the lights turn right and follow the river down staying in the Right Hand lane. Take the right turn off at the bridge, go across the bridge and staying in the Right Hand lane. At the lights just over the bridge follow the right hand turn. You'll now be on the South Mall, whether you go into the left hand lane the Imperial is approx half way up this block with a set down district outside the Hotel.

Conditions and terms of Reservation These terms apply to all contracts for the provision of lodging, meetings, functions and other occasions to the exclusion of other conditions and terms, including any which the customer may purport to apply or which may appear in any promotional literature. Please read these terms cautiously in order to avoid any misunderstandings regarding the conditions on which reservations are accepted. 1. Confirmation and Guest Numbers All bookings are provisional till the relevant contract is signed by the customer and countersigned by the hotel a credit card is also required to confirm booking. The contract shall specify the number of visitors and the customer must confirm the umber of gusts at least one working day prior to arrival of the customers. two. Payment The final account must be paid on departure unless the customers have credit amenities with the Hotel. A credit card will be required to promise each event or reservation where the customer does not have credit amenities. three. Deposits Deposits are required for wide groups or tours. All deposits are non refundable in the event of cancellation. The remaining balance must be paid on or before departure by every visitor. Affordable payment methods are cash/cheque/bank draft drawn in Euro/credit card. The group reservation will be held for fourteen days, it will be released after this unless the deposit as been received. four. Price variations In the event of circumstances behind the Hotels control (including, but not limited to increase in the standard rate of VAT), the Hotels reserves the right to vary the prices specified in the contract to an extent, which reflects such circumstances. Any changes will be communicated immediately to the customer. five. Cancellation by Client If the customer wishes to cancel a reservation of some or all bedrooms reserved either as a block booking or in conjunction with an event or individual, such cancellations must be recommended to the Hotel in the 1st instance verbally, followed by written notice of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to reserved arrival date. Any postponements may be considered as a cancellation. 6. No Show Policy If a booking has not been cancelled and is deemed to be a no show the visitor will be charged full amount for the 1st nights staying, and the following nights will be deemed cancelled. For block bedroom booking of five or more suites on any one night, cancellations will incur a cancellation fee. The fee and notices (bedrooms) are set out below: 14 days prior to arrival 50% seven days prior to arrival 75% 24 hrs or less prior to arrival 100% seven. Cancellation by Hotel The Hotel may cancel the booking whether the booking might prejudice the image of the hotel. The management also reserve the right to refuse bookings whether deemed unfit for the Hotel. The management reserve the right to refuse admission on check-in to the Hotel. The Hotel exercises a strict no hen or stag party policy. 8. Etiquette The Hotel reserves the right to judge affordable levels of hubbub or behaviour of the customer, its customers, representatives or contractors. The customer must observe the Hotels direction as to din and behaviour. 9. Wellness & Safety The customer must fully satisfy the Hotels Health and Safety policy. ten. Licensing and Statutory Regulations The Client shall maintain free use of fire exits at all times and shall obtain the prior approval of the Hotel before using any particular effects equipping in the Hotel. The customer shall observe the permitted hours, according to the current licensing laws. 11. Visitor Clothing and Personal Property The Hotel does not accept responsibility for the property of its visitor. Cloak stands are provided for the conveniences of guests and customers. Any goods deposited in the cloakroom or left unattended on Hotel premises are deposited at the proprietors risk and without any liability on the part of the Hotel and may be removed for safety aims. 12. Equipping Storage The Hotel will facilitate the customer where reasonably possible with the storage luggage etc, however, the Hotel does not accept any liability for loss or damage to any items left in storage. 13. Hotel Liability In no event will the Hotels liability for any loss or damage in contract including negligence, exceed the entire amount paid by the customer for the event. The Hotel shall not be liable for any breach of the conditions and terms or and delay or failure in providing services as a result of causes behind its sensible control including (but not limited to) fire, floods, gas leaks, strikes delays in conveyance, failure or services on inaccessibility. 14. Damage The Client shall be responsible to the Hotel for any damages caused to the allocated apartments or furniture and accessories, utensils and equipping therein or to the Hotel generally by an act, default or forget of the customer. 15. Agents Should the guests contact with the Hotel be through an agent, the agent acts in that holding capacity for the customer and not the Hotel. The customer accepts full responsibility for the payment of the Hotels account. 16. Governing Law The contract shall be governed by and construed in all respect in accordance with the laws of Ireland. The contract does not affect any right that the customer may have under the Hotel Proprietors Act.
Cancellation policy
Reservations must be cancelled one day in good time of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the total reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Child policy
Kids older than 13 year are considered adult for suite occupancy. Kids no older than 12 year can staying for independent.
