General Information

Aranyawas is embedded in a wild, mountain vale, hidden away from the outside world. The natural terrain is formed of rugged mountainside with outcrops of cliff and indigenous wood. We have tamed a little part of it with orchards of guava, different kinds of mango, awla, cherry, lychee, lime, orange, pomegranate and chikoo trees. There are also apricots and figs, all of which thrive in the microclimate of the region, which is cooler than the lowlands and enjoys a summer months maximum temperature of 30 degrees, though the winter nighttime temperature able to drop to almost freezing point. Stay us to rejuvenate your mind, body and soul. We have a library and a music apartment accessible, but there again, you may well seek the utter bliss of whiling away the hours with a book, whilst relaxing in a hammock or deck chair. And whose to stop you? Nobody!
