General Information

Sea View Resort is a selection of modest buildings and row cottages, Sea View is the 1st resort/hotel ever in Patnem. It's owned and administrated by the Gonsalves family, headed by the patriarch, Janwal Gonsalves. The 1st building was constructed 1996 with some suites on the ground floor and a brasserie and restaurant below. At the time, Patnem was just being discovered.

Encouraged with the response, Sea View features grown rapidly, adding a fresh section each few years. Today, the resort can offer 33 apartments across 5 categories.

Location Information

Sea View is on the approach to the Patnem coast (just one hundred meters away). You cannot miss it because it's at the beginning of the lane leading to the coast.
