Please note that there is an additional charge of EUR three / apartment whether you staying 1 night only. The modern inside with warm, mediterranean-like colors, is a delights for the visitor's eyes. The colors, the furnitures with particular design elements open the door into a recent world. The double apartments are furnished with bathroom, colour TV and refrigerator. In our fish tavern we propose a big variety of fish dishes, the "treasures of the Balaton".

The area and the Wellness Park both propose plenty of programmes and splendid leisure-time activities. Our resort has an own bicycle route which joins in the bicycle route around the lake Balaton. Both beaches of the countryside is easily accessible. Interior the garden we propose a swimming pool, table-tennis and a tennis court. Other activites as boat trips, bike excursions or other alternatives as coach trips, shooting, strolling excursions can be arranged according your personal requirements. Our clients can use the parking region, the swimming pool, the sauna and the gulf, the kids' playground, the table-tennis, the petanque and the tennis court free.

Arrival by auto: From the direction of Linz/Vienna: You turn onto the road A1 towards "Eisenstadt", then onto road A3 and you cross the border in "Sopron" ( Klingenbach ). From here there is a road leading through "Ukk" and "Sümeg" to "Lake Balaton" or more precisely to "Balatonederics". lf you take Road 71 westwards you can get "Gyenesdiás" within a short time. At the desk DENTIST please turn left, in direction of "Balaton". From Graz: If you turn onto the road A2 towards "Fürstenfeld" you are able to cross the border in "Heiligenkreuz" ( Rábafüzes ). Lake Balaton from here is approximately 100 kms away. Through "Körmend" and "Zalaegerszeg" on the road 76 the trip by auto takes maximum one and a half hour. Drive through "Keszthely" and "Gyenesdiás", and at the desk DENTIST please turn right, in direction of "Balaton". Arrival by social conveyance: Nearest train station: "Gyenesdiás", 900m from the hotel away. Nearest bus station: "Gyenesdiás-Takarékszövetkezet", 400m from the hotel away. Arrival by plane: Nearest airport: FLY BALATON in "Sármellék" From there we propose a independent shuttle facilities by our own auto. You are able also rent a auto there. Whether you want to take the shuttle facilities, please give us with your flight number and the estimated time of arrival!

Supplementary beds: are available on the occasion of a demand. Cost: EUR ten / night / person. Pets: are greeted too at the rate of EUR five / night / pet. Parking data: The hotel proposes self-sufficient parking lots in the open. I-net amenities: Unfortunately the hotel does not have any Internet service at all. There is an Internet Cafe app. 1km from the hotel away. Disabled service: Unfortunately the hotel is not available for wheel chairs. Only the restaurant is available for wheel chairs. Auto rental: Please note that we also provide a rent a auto amenities for our customers!

Cancellations made up to at least 14 days prior arrival date ( hotel local time ) are independent of any charge. Cancellations made between two and seven days prior arrival date ( hotel local time ) will be charged with 10% of the entire amount ( minimum EUR 25 ). Cancellations made 1 day prior arrival date ( hotel local time ) will be charged with the amount of the 1st night. In case of a no show the entire amount of the booking will be charged as a cancellation fee. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids up to the age of four years can staying for independent in the apartment of the parents. The half board is free too. Kids between the age of four and 12 years will get a 50% discount on supplementary bed ( in the parent's apartment ). Half board: 50% discount too. Kids stay in detach suite: Children between the age of four and 12 years will get a 30% discount on the price of the suite.
