Cancellation policy
In case of non-show or of departure prior to the scheduled one, we charge the whole amount of staying. The reason for the 100% charge of your money is that we have made a contract with you once you requested for reservation. Cancellations 90-61 days before arrival will be charged 5% of the entire amount. Cancellations 60-31 days before arrival will be charged 20% of the entire amount. Cancellations 30-15 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the entire amount. Cancellations 14-1 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the entire amount. No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
