9 studio-apartments, 7 of two beds and 2 of three beds. 7 of them are 18 m² and the other 2 are 22m² every. They are also self-sufficient, with kitchen, refrigerator, w.c., hair-dryer, t.v., safes, air-conditions, suite amenities, rent autos. The suites in other studios of the island are from 2m² to 5m² smaller. Each studio has its own balcony, with chairs for sunbathing. The sea is 100m from the hotel. Also, there is a large yard for children and 2 baby beds.

The distance from the central boutiques, super markets, restaurants, post office and exchange kiosks is 200m.
