There is a regular self-sufficient bus facilities from Pelekas to the beaches of Kontogialos and Glyfada. Transportation

from the portOn leaving the port turn right and follow the highway along the beach for one and a half kilometres till you get to a set of traffic lights. At these lights turn left and follow the major highway for another one and a half kilometres. At the 1st crossroads turn right and continue on this highway for approximately six kilometres. At Skorpios Supermarket turn left and follow this highway to Pelekas. from the airportOn leaving the airport turn left and go to the 1st highway mix at the end of the runway. Here turn left and continue as far as the traffic lights and the sign for Pelekas. Turn right and 5 100 metres later turn left. Continue on this highway for approximately six kilometres. At Skorpios Supermarket turn left and follow this highway to Pelekas. by busThere is a regular bus amenities (number11) to Pelekas from San Rocco Square in the very heart of Corfu Town. You must buy a ticket at the kiosk before boarding the bus. Buses leave at 07.00, 10.00, 12.00, 14.15, 16.00, 18. 00 and 20.30. (A slightly various timetable operates at the weekend. ) The trip takes thirty minutes. by taxiTaxis from the port and airport are more expensive than those from San Rocco Square. However, no trip should be more than approximately 25 euros. Agree a price before leaving or insist that the meter is running.
