Iason Studios Chania

General Information

Iason Studios is a little family work and consists of 5 studios in a two-storey building with individual bathroom, kitchen service, and varanda. The structure was refurbished initially in 1999 and then in 2005 and is located on the west side of the ancient town, in the tranquil district of "Topanas", with no traffic, just several m from the antique Venetian harbor where you will find most of the historical sites of the town of Hania in addition to plenty of places for amusement. A main pole of attraction is the ancient city, with the ancient Venetian haven. On the west side, the palace of Firkas, where the Naval Museum lies. (This is the region of IASON STUDIOS. ) On the opposite side of the haven, the Venetian arsenals (shipyards) of the sixteenth century. There are also other Museums, Exhibitions, Nightlife and Shops. The city never stops to amaze you! As an alternative you may take day tours to the matchless Samaria Gorge (the largest in Europe), Kournas Lake, exotic beaches of Elafonisi, Falassarna, Gramvoussa, Balos (where you are able to take a mini cruise, too). Sail South Crete by Ferry (Chora Sfakion, Agia Roumeli, Sougia). Investigate unspoilt countrysides around Chania, eat their local make. Surely a trip to Knossos, Archaeological Heraklion Museum is a must. All these and even more produce Hania memorable.
