At least seven days before date of arrival. For cancellations later than seven days before the arrival date, 20% of the entire reservation cost will be charged or at least 1 night's staying. For 'no-show', you'll be charged with 100% of the entire reservation cost. For cancellations on the date or arrival, you'll be charged with two nights' staying. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
