At least 48 hours before day of arrival. In case of later cancellations or in case of no-show, the hotel will charge 80% of the entire booking sum to your credit card. In case of early departure or late arrival the hotel will charge 80% of the suite rate for the dates which were booked but not taken. Particular terms apply for "Stay three SAVE 20%" proposes: No cancellation or changes possible. In case of a cancellation, the full amount will be charged from your credit card. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
