Cancellations and alterations may be made free at least 24 hours before the date of your scheduled arrival. In case of later cancellations and alterations, or in case of no-show, the hotel will charge 80% of the entire amount of booking to the credit card provided. In case of early departure or late arrival the hotel will charge 80% of the suite rate for the dates which were booked but not taken.
