We are a familiar runned hotel garni. In gorgeous weather you are able to have breakfast in our gorgeous park, loan out sunloungers free or enjoy our verandah with park furniture. This hotel provides five single apartments, seven double suites and four triple suites with shower/WC. The attic floor retains two single apartments and two double suites with shared shower/WC and warm/cold water in-room. All suites are furnished with TV and phone. Some of the suites additionally give radio, refrigerator and writing table. Our vast triple apartments are furnished with sofa set, additional bed possible. All suites were re-equipped in 2003.

The apartment rate consists of a wealthy breakfast café. Numerous restaurants are situated close-by the hotel.

This hotel is situated at a still back highway amid a green, prestigious residential region. The social transportation to Potsdam and Berlin are reachable within short distance. At the foot of the hotel you are sure to find the film garden Babelsberg and the media town with different radio and TV stations, and also the HFF Konrad Wolf, the Hasso-Plattner institute and the uni.

You can get us by mass transport with the S-bahn S7 till station Gribnitzsee and then within ten mins stroll. Coming from Potsdam take the tram line 94 or 95 till station Plantagenstraße, from there it is only a short stroll (approx. 800 m). Whether you arrive by auto, take the autobahn A115, exit Potsdam/Babelsberg and go on by town autobahn Nuthtestr., exit Filmpark/Medienstadt/Wetzlarerstr. towards Wetzlarerstr. and then follow the hotel guidance system to "Hotel Babelsberg" (from the autobahn approx. 2000m).

At least 48 hours before date of arrival. The hotel will charge later cancellations or no-shows with 80% of the booked amount from your credit card. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
