Staying in one of our cosily equipped visitor suites furnished with bathroom, hairdryer, cable TV, straight dial phone and I-net connection. On demand, we can give you a non-smoking suite. We do not give suites good for the mobility impaired. Additional beds are accessible by prior arrangement and at a cost determined by your suite category (breakfast included). By auto: From airport, Stuttgart, Nürnberg or Passau: - Drive towards Munich and follow signs to A95 towards Garmisch-P. - Drive outside of the town on the A95 towards Garmisch-P. - Exit the A95 at "Fürstenried, Gauting, Wangen, Neuried". - Turn left at the traffic lights onto Neurieder Straße. Follow this boulevard onto Herterichstr leading to Solln. - After approximately four kms you'll see a little church on the left side and the hotel on the right side after the 2nd traffic lights. From Salzburg: - At the Brunnthal triangle drive towards M-Giesing / Garmisch-P. - Exit the motorway at Oberhaching/Grünwald and drive towards Grünwald. - At the market in Grünwald continue direct ahead towards Pullach (other side of the Isar). - On the B11 turn right towards downtown Munich. At the crossing Wolfratshauser/Herterichstraße turn left onto Herterichstraße ab. Then as above. From Lindau: - Drive to the exit Unterpfaffenhofen/Germering/Planegg/ Krailling - Then turn right towards Planegg/Neuried. - After approximately ten mins on Neurieder Straße you'll come to Forstenried, Liesl-Karlstadt-Straße and Herterichstraße. This avenue leads to Solln. Then as above. From Garmisch: - Drive on the A95 and take the exit Fürstenried West, Gauting, Neuried. - Turn directly at the traffic lights and drive onto Liesl-Karlstadt-Str. Then as above.

Cost-free parking zone is available to our visitors at the hotel. The cost of I-net use is dependent on your choice of provider. Cottage pets are permitted at a cost of EUR five per pet per day.

Cancellations and alterations may be made free till 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date. In case of later cancellation, later alteration or no-show, the hotel will charge 80% of the entire booking sum to your credit card. In case of early departure or late arrival the hotel will charge 80% of the apartment rate for the dates which were booked but not taken. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids up to the age of four years staying free when sharing their parents’ bed. For kids up to the age of ten years we charge EUR ten per night when sharing their parents’ suite. For kids up to the age of 15 years we charge EUR 15 per night when sharing their parents’ apartment. Breakfast is included in these rates.
