Our rose park in the indoor patio is a paradise of rest and recreation – a real gem in the very center of the busy antique part of this Bavarian metropolis. As the season changes our clients experience the lovely color play of the roses. A little fountain cools the air - its constant rippling calms in a prime way. And our small ale park is a greatly unique attraction. Ale from the Augustiner brewery flows here freely from the spring to late in the autumn. The health & sport region is also completed. Unwind body and soul in sauna, steam bath or in our adventure shower.

All our studios, apartments and rooms are modernly equipped and fitted with a fully furnished kitchenette. They are fully air conditioned, sound proof and they propose a maximum sleeping comfort in queen-size and king-size beds. We can offer you high quality and technology standards. All rooms are furnished with WLAN and high quality internet, LCD TV and DVD player.

Enjoy our wealthy breakfast café from 07: 00 to ten: 00 (from 08: 00 to ten: 00 at holidays and during holidays) in the max. Restaurant, in the winter park or on the sun verandah. Cost: EUR 15 for a person per day. We also cater tasty dinners, with pleasant wines, whilst you unwind and enjoy the vista of our marvellous park.

Our suite cottage is located in a peaceful but main location in the center of Munich. The opera cottage, theatres, restaurants, shopping region and social conveyance are within several mins short distance.

In case of later cancellation or alteration, or in case of no-show, the hotel will charge 100% of the entire booking sum to your credit card.
