Cancellations and alterations may be made free till five days before your scheduled arrival date. In case of later cancellation or alteration, or in case of no-show, the hotel will charge 80% of the entire booking sum to your credit card. In case of early departure or late arrival the hotel will charge 80% of the suite rate for the dates which were booked but not taken. For the Early Booker propose the entire amount of your staying will be charged from your credit card directly after your reservation has been processed. No cancellation for these dates possible. In case of a cancellation or no-show the propose is non refundable. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
