The hotel has 81 two-bedroom apartments in 3 categories: standard, comfort and exceptional. All apartments are similarly furnished and equipped and vary only in size. All rooms have a remote control radio and CD player in the living suite and in the bedroom. All rooms have satellite TV, a fully furnished kitchen and a big shower and a bathroom. The hotel has a library of current CDs accessible for guests’ use.

Our Restaurant "La Toscana" is awaiting your visit - fresh and pioneering culinary enjoyment round off your day. Light wines and our well known welcoming facilities complete your staying. You do not want to come down? Our apartment amenities proposes you a big variety of dishes to enjoy in solitude.

Whether you exit the motorway A14 you´ll take the turn to Leipzig Ost. After three kms you'll find us on your left hand side. From the central station you take tram three in direction of Taucha. Leave the tram at Torgauer/ Permoser Straße and change onto the bus 90, direction Sommerfeld. The 2nd stop you leave the bus and you're in facade of this hotel (duration 20 min).

We welcome you with a refreshing glass of sparkling wine. Directly at your coming you may chose your personal services for household and work to save your time. We would like to become your "Suite home" in Leipzig. Therefor amenities is our upper priority.

Cancellations and alterations may be made free till 12 am at your scheduled arrival date. In case of later cancellation or alteration, or in case of no-show, the hotel will charge 80% of the entire booking sum to your credit card. In case of early departure or late arrival the hotel will charge 80% of the suite rate for the dates which were booked but not taken. For the Early Booker propose the entire amount of your staying will be charged from your credit card directly after your reservation has been processed. No cancellation for these dates possible. In case of a cancellation or no-show the propose is non refundable. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids up to 12 years are stay without additonal charges in the apartment of their parents.
