Cancellation free at least 24 hours before date of arrival. In case of delayed cancellation or no-show the hotel is entitled to charge up to 80% of the entire booking to the credit card provided. During the fair period "documenta" from 15th June until 25th September 2007 no cancellation possible. Whether the reservation is cancelled anyway or in the event of a no-show, 80% of the full amount of the reservation will be charged from your credit card. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
