Cancellation is free till 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. In case of later cancellation the hotel will charge 80% of the entire booking amount. During the following exhibitions/trade fairs cancellations must be made at least 30 days before arrival: Emo (16th – 22nd September 2007), biotechnika + IKK (8th – 12th October 2007), Agritechnika (10th – 17th November 2007), Domotex (9th – 15th January 2008 ), CeBit (1st – 9th March 2008), Hannover Messe (18th – 25th April 2008 ), Cemat (25th – 31st May 2008), IAA Commercial Vehicle Show (22nd September – second October 2008), Euro Blech (20th – 25th October 2008), Euro Tier (10th – 14th November 2008). In case of cancellation up to five days prior to arrival, 50% of the entire booking amount will be charged. In case of later cancellation the hotel will charge 80% of the entire booking amount. Specific terms apply for the "Stay three SAVE 15%" propose: No cancellation or changes are possible. In case of cancellation, the full amount will be charged from your credit card. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
