Cancellations and alterations may be made free till 48 hours before the date of your scheduled arrival. During trade fair periods a cancellation is due latest 1 month prior date of arrival. In case of later cancellations and alterations, or in case of no-show, the hotel will charge 80% of the entire amount of booking to the credit card provided. In case of early departure or late arrival the hotel will charge 80% of the apartment rate for the dates which were booked but not taken. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
