The equipping is conceived both for the work traveller and for the short holiday-maker. The apartments are characterised by family and privately-owned Flair. Non-smoker floors and apartments for allergic people are natural for us. All comfort and work apartments were totally reconditioned in 2001.

To downtown its a 15 min stroll or 2 metro stops. Central station can easily be reached by means of metro. The fair trade and congress heart "Westfalenhallen" is only 8 min faway, the widely-known Dortmund soccer stadium ten minutes. There are sufficient parkings in our patio and in two parking lots surrounding.
