Cancellation policy
Cancellation is free till 18: 00 on the day of arrival. In case of later cancellation or no-show the hotel will charge 80% of the entire amount. ----- During exhibition/trade fair periods the following terms apply: Cancellation is free till four weeks prior to arrival. In case of cancellation up to seven days prior to arrival the hotel will charge 50% of the entire booking sum, and in case of cancellation up to two days prior to arrival the hotel will charge 80% of the entire booking sum.
