From Berlin Schoenefeld airport (SXF): Take 'Airport Express' train to Alexanderplatz'. Change for the U2 U-Bahn line towards Pankow. Alight at Pankow. Take tram number 50 towards Französisch Buchholz and alight at Pankower Strasse. Trip time: about 45 mins.

Cancellations received at least 48-hours before arrival are free. For cancellations received later than this and no-shows, the amount corresponding to the 1st night of your booking will be charged to the credit card provided. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
