All flats are prime equipped and good for 1 to five people. The kitchen is furnished with dish washer (in the extensive flat), fridge, kettle, oven, cooker, toaster, coffee maker and dishes.

A bakery is directly next to our cottage, a super market place only 300m away. In close environment of the suites there are many budget restaurants, I-net cafés and different boutiques.

All our suites are situated close to the Underground U9. three - 9 mins from Zoologischer Garten. The directon to the room will be sent by us in separrate conformation.

Payment Information: Cash only on arrival. Check-in is constantly at the address of the booked room. Check-in 14: 00 to 22:00. Other times by arrangement (for arrivals after 22:00, there will be an additional charge of EUR 20). Early check-in is only possible whether the previous visitors depart before 11:00. As we do not have a 24h reception, we kindly ask that customers call our duty mobile number one hour before arrival so we can organise to meet them at the room. The booked price is valid for occupancy with maximum of two visitors. Extra clients will be charged at the arrival. The price for an additional bed is EUR 15 for a person per night (2007). The end cleaning charge (EUR 20) is not included in the entire price.

Cancellations made more than ten days before arrival cost EUR 20 (administration fee). For cancellations made between 6 and ten days before arrival the hotel will charge 30% of the entire amount of the booking to the credit card provided. For cancellations made between three and five days before arrival the hotel will charge 50% of the entire amount of the booking to the credit card provided. For cancellations made two days or less before arrival the hotel will charge 80% of the entire amount to the credit card provided. For no-shows the hotel will charge 100% of the entire amount to the credit card provided. Specific terms apply for "Stay3 SAVE 20%" proposes: No cancellation or changes possible. In case of a cancellation, the full amount will be charged from your credit card. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids under three years antique staying free. Cots are available on the occasion of a demand, subject to availability.
