Our homely rooms are situated in different pleasant locations. They accommodate up to 8 people and vary in their size and furniture and accessories.

We require a EUR 25 deposit per key. Please bring your own towels whether possible; otherwise we charge EUR four per set. For final cleaning we charge EUR 28, but for suites in Paulsborner Straße we charge EUR 34 thanks to the size of the rooms. Parking spaces are accessible in the avenue. Suites situated in Paulsborner Straße and Albrecht-Achilles-Straße profit from cost-free parking in the st outside, whilst a fee is required for those stay in Dircksenstraße (EUR 1 per hour between the hours of 09: 00 and 00:00). In case of cancellation the host will issue the following charges: In case of cancellation up to two months prior to arrival – EUR 100; in case of cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival – 50% of the booked rate; in case of later cancellation – 100% of the booked rate. In case of cancellation of stays longer than two months, and in case of early departure, the entire booking sum will be charged.
