Cancellations and alterations may be made free till 24 hours before the day of your scheduled arrival date. In case of later cancellations and alterations, or in case of no-show, the hotel will charge 100% of the 1st night to your credit card. For the Early Booker Rate no cancellation possible. In case of a cancellation or no-show the full amount will be charged from your credit card. For fair dates cancellations and alterations may be made free till ten days before the day of your scheduled arrival date. In case of cancellations and alterations 6 days before the day of your scheduled arrival date the hotel will charge 60% of the entire booking sum to your credit card. In case of later cancellations and alterations, or in case of no-show, the hotel will charge 80% of the entire booking sum to your credit card. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
