You get to the hotel by means of the A8 motorway (Munich-Salzburg), taking the final exit in Germany. At the 1st chance, take the route towards Bad Reichenhall/"Kurzone 1" and you'll find the hotel opposite the train station. Visitors arriving by train can get to the hotel by taking the route Munich-Freilassing-Berchtesgaden. From Bad Reichenhall station, you simply need to stroll 20 m across the highway. Visitors arriving by plane can use the comfortably located Salzburg Airport (approx. 18 kms away). From there, you are able to take a cab or a social bus amenities directly to the hotel.

Cancellations and alterations may be made free till 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date. In case of later cancellation, later alteration or no-show, the hotel will charge 60% of the entire booking sum to your credit card. In case of early departure or late arrival the hotel will charge 60% of the apartment rate for the dates which were booked but not taken.
