Cancellations and alterations may be made free till 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date. In case of later cancellations or in case of no-show, the hotel will charge 80% of the entire booking sum to your credit card. In case of early departure or late arrival the hotel will charge 80% of the apartment rate for the dates which were booked but not taken. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
